Jackson the Photographer

Jackson has recently picked up photography.  He takes pictures of all the important things in life.  Here is some of his best work.
 Daddy.
 Mommy.
 Paca.
 His brother.
And of course R2D2.

Train Park

 On the carousel.
Duke liked the carousel until it started to move.  He kept saying, "Weeeeeeee", just like his brother as he was crying.
Here Duke is yelling for Mommy to look at him.

Jackson, "Mommy take my picture by this lady."
 Mr Blue Eyes
 and his twin...
 More train fun.
 Chooo chooo.
That was a good day...

Jackson's 4th Birthday

On Jackson's birthday he got to choose what he wanted for dinner.  He choose smiley face chocolate chip pancakes.  (That's my boy!)  He was soooo happy when I handed this to him.  He finished it and then said, "Okay, what is for dessert?  I ate all my dinner!"

This year we had a family birthday party at Peter Pipper Pizza.  I was so pregnant and tired that making some cupcakes and ordering pizza was the best I could do.  The good news is that Jackson didn't care he was just happy to have his family there to sing to him.
 Lighting the candles...
 Everyone is singing...
 Try number one...
 Try number two...
Try number three!!!
At this point we were all laughing so hard I am surprised that Ashley managed to get a picture of it!

Christmas Flashback

Here is the Christmas photo from this year.  It is a classic!  Next to it is a picture of Josh and his brother in 1981.  Further proof that the Perkins genes are so strong that these kids look nothing like me!    I love it!

Snow Day

At the beginning of January we drove down to the snow and played for the day.  Surprisingly the kids had a better time in the car than in the snow.  They were shocked at how cold it was, and after five minutes they were in tears and asked to go back to the car.  That is where they sat drinking hot chocolate till we drove home.  So much for a snow adventure.  If you ask Jackson is he would like to go back to the snow now he says, "No way! It was too cold!"  I guess that means that we can never move from Arizona!
Jackson asleep on the way to the snow.

Jackson before he started crying.

Anyone else see the kid from 'A Christmas Story' here???

Bath Time Together

Here is a little video of the boys in the tub together. Daddy is providing the music for the evening and mommy is doing the cleaning. They looked so cute I had to take a little video to share. Enjoy!

Halloween 2010

Here are some pictures from our Trunk or Treat. The kids had such a good time and go so much candy. Daddy and mommy of course "checked" it to make sure it was all safe. (I used to hate it when my parents did that!)

For some reason in this picture I am really excited?!?

Josh and our little trick or treaters..

The parking lot was completely full, Jackson started to get tired of walking to all the cars.

One word...ADORABLE!!!

Duke was a monster. At least three time while we were trick or treating people told Josh that he had a beautiful little girl. He would reply more than a little irritated, "It is a boy!"

By the end of the evening Jackson was dragging his bucket because it was too heavy for him to carry.

Our little Jedi.
